Katherine has her Masters from American University and is originally from the Eastern Shore. She loves the car industry and has a passion for helping people get into the car of their dreams. Katherine ensures our customers always leave happy! As she says, 'Where there's a deal, there's a way' ! Her great personality, bank connections and determination allow us to get deals done, even when they seem impossible. To date, Katherine has put over 21,000 vehicles on the road in her 11 years here! Come in and ask for Kate and don't forget to say to her dog, Mylo, who is always smiling and ready to greet our customers at the door.

Alex is the head our Service Department and works diligently to ensure our customers always have happy cars. As one of the busiest service centers in Baltimore, Carfinity stands out. We have master mechanics, trained in exotic highlines such as Bentley, Maserati, Land Rover, etc. Unlike the big dealers, we don't charge exorbitant labor rates. At under $100 an hour, we can perform work on any make or model at a fraction of the price, while still using factory OEM parts. Alex, originally from Florida, can be found daily at service, sometimes with his dog, Thor, to greet our customers! If you have an issue, Alex will ensure it's fixed quickly and get you back on the road.
